Orange - Antwerp

Design and coordination of a concept store

In 2019, the Orange concept store in the monumental building on the Meir in Antwerp was transformed into the cosy and atmospheric smart store concept.

Kiko Kuma store - Brussels

Coordination of the flagship store of Kiko

M&C was trusted with the coordination of the new Flagship Store in Brussels, the 4th built worldwide according to the 'Kiko Kuma' concept, designed and named after the famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma.

Thanks to the daily follow up of M&C the tight deadline was achieved and the Brussels Rue Neuve got a new eyecatcher.

Argenta - Ledegem

Design and coordination of a new bank office concept

Belgian family bank Argenta relied on us to create their new bank office concept.

Based on the Argenta identity, M&C has created an open office concept, where family and home are the key values.

The classic office is replaced by a warmer place with round and hexagonal tables, train compartments and lounge seats.

Local messages are shown on the school bord. Clients and clients to be are welcome to walk in, grab a coffee and feel at home.

Stessens -Geel

Design and coordination of the showroom

Building group Stessens commissioned M&C to develop a showroom for the 'structural work & techniques' department in the basement of their existing offices. The biggest challenge was the one month period that was given for both the design and the execution!

The result is an industrial showroom with a concrete floor, lots of black MDF and fully custom-designed black steel displays.

This design allows the rough construction materials to stand out.

A cozy coffee corner was created in the entrance, where employees can discuss plans with customers.

Neuhaus - Brussels

Design and coordination of a new Neuhaus shop

The famous Belgian luxury chocolate brand Neuhaus counts on M&C for the design of their new shops according to their new concept. For this compact store in the historical Brussels North entrance M&C designed an adapted store with respect for its unique location.

The project management of this retail construction was done by M&C.

Tezenis - Wijnegem

Coordination of new store in shopping center

We take care of the coordination and technical plans of new stores, like we did for this Tezenis shop of the Calzedonia group  in the Wijnegem Shopping Center.

- Preparation of the complete technical dossier for the Wijnegem shopping center.

- Follow-up of the construction of the store.

Argenta - Beernem

design and coordination of a bank office

Design and coordination of a semi open bank office in beernem (B) with the look and feel of the open bank office of Ledegem. 

In this concept, a more classic bank office layout was used, with closed meeting rooms. However, the homely atmosphere was maintained so that the customer feels that he or she is always welcome in the office.

Corné - Brussels

Coordination of the construction of a new Corné shop

The Belgian chocolatier 'Corné - Port Royal' uses M&C's services for the project management of their retail projects.

Lingerie Marim - Genk

Design and coordination of a lingerie shop in the shopping 1 in Genk.

With the expansion of the original shop to twice the surface the whole interior was designed by M&C. Also the prints, the lettering and the signage were made by M&C.

residential - Heusden-Zolder

Renovation of a home

M&C managed the design and coordination of the renovation of multiple living spaces of a house in Heusden-Zolder.

By taking out a full wall a pleasant living space was created for the full family which breathes a Scandinavian atmosphere.

Calzedonia - Antwerp

Coordination of the construction of a new Calzedonia shop

Demand of permits and the entire project management of the shop remodeling.

Orange - Antwerp

Visuals

The wallpaper - which is made-to-measure for Orange - and all of the prints on plexiglass were manufactured by M&C.

This is not only the case for Oarnge Antwerp, but for all of the Orange shops in Belgium.

Orange - Brussels

XL prints

Like in the other shops of Orange the printed magnetic foils are supplied by M&C.

These are regularly replaced with the launch of new devices.

Orange - Antwerp

Plexi operations and print

The plexi baffles, the wallheaders (in easily replaceable magnetic foil) and the plexi parts in the furniture are all produced in-house by M&C.

Lingerie Marim - Genk

Prints, signs and lettering

During the renovation of the lingerie shop M&C supplied all the printing, lettering and signs.

Stessens - Geel

XL print, sign and custom made displays

All of the signalisation and XL prints installed in the new showroom 'structural work and techniques' are designed and manufactured by M&C.

We are also responsible for the ever-changing signage of the showroom, seasonal open house days and exhibition stands. All of this is always tailor-made, in consultation with the customer.

Neuhaus - Brussels

A unique location demands tailor-made visuals. The XL prints on the wallpaper and the lettering on the shopwindow were created, produced and placed by M&C.

Orange - Brussels

Design & coordination of the super store

For this super store, which is a mix of a concept store and an Orange shop, two shops were combined to one shop under coordination of M&C.

Orange - Antwerp

Design & coordination of the concept store

After a first succesful concept store in Liège, M&C was requested to do the design and project management of the second concept store in Antwerp.

Also here the typical plexi 'baffles' were placed to guide the customer through the shop in a creative manner.

XL prints are the perfect visual merchandising in the catering business Koriander@home.

Corné - Brussels

XL prints, stickers and illuminated signs

During this renovation M&C supplied the eyecatcher of the shop: the indirectly lit logo of Corné - Port Royal behind the desk.

Outside the logo returns on a directly lit dibond and on the lightbox.

Intimissimi - Antwerp

Coordination of the construction of a new Intimissimi shop

Demand of the permit and the whole project management of the shop construction.

Calzedonia - Brussels

Coordination of the construction of a new Calzedonia shop

For the remodeling of this shop, located at the 'Kleerkopersstraat' in the Unesco zone of Brussels, a renovation of the classified facade was needed according to the historical plans.

M&C arranged all the permits. The execution of the works on the facade and the interior were managed by M&C.

Kiko - Hasselt
