M&C consists of a team of qualified and experienced interior architects with a specialisation in retail design.

Active in retail since 2005

Since 2005 M&C is active as interior architect and project leader in Belgium and Luxemburg. From the beginning many famous retailers belonged to the clientele for the design and project management of their projects.

Since recently we do not only work in Belux but we coordinate projects worldwide for international retailers with Belgian roots.

Due to the growing demand of retailers to offer a whole range of services, we started our division of sign and XL printing. Since this division is in-house, we can rapidly respond to the demands of our customers.

At M&C you have one single point of contact (SPOC): from the design of the retail concept to the request of the building permit, to the full construction and finishing.

Effective shop concepts

We depart from the marketing strategy and the company's goals to design the most efficient shop concept in consultation with the customer.

M&C specialises in retail construction, planning the processes perfectly and focusing on the smallest details in the execution. Additional personalisation of shop goodies is possible and POS material is made internally by our own personnel.

Strong in planning

Retail projects - our core business -  are always bound to a tight planning to ensure a timely delivery of the project which is of primary importance to M&C.

During the entire project from design to project delivery you are accompanied by one fixed project manager. During the project he or she is responsible for all communications between stakeholders and ensures the budget control and timely delivery of the project.

Professional follow up

M&C ensures the coordination of all involved stakeholders, and manages permits and building requests .

This project management is done on-site or from our offices.
