DESIGN & COORDINATION

M&C is as well the appropriate partner for all renovation works for individual customers or independent retailers. Here we can manage the whole project end to end or only a distinct part of it.

We depart from the marketing strategy and the company's goals to design the most efficient shop concept in consultation with the customer. 
 
M&C specialises in retail construction, planning the processes perfectly and focusing on the smallest details in the execution.

Additional personalisation of shop goodies is possible and POS material is made internally by our own personnel.

OFFICE DESIGN

A pleasant workplace ensures satisfied employees who perform better in an environment where they feel at home. Furthermore offices have a significant impact on the image of the company.

Each office design is tailor made to the company. We take following factors into account to make your offices a flagship where working is pleasant:

- light studies ensure the optimal lighting for work

- accoustics are optimised through a mix of accoustic ceilings, accoustic panels, carpets, curtains, accoustic furniture, etc...

- by taking the placement of the furniture and possible extensions into account, we ensure an optimal placement of  electricity supplies, UTP's, etc.

COORDINATION

Thanks to our years of experience we are in close contact with reliable contractors, safety coordinators and engineers. M&C can function as well independently as project manager with a contractor assigned by the client.

As customer you get a project leader assigned who functions as central manager for all your files and as single point of contact.
